GPU question, a little help please!

I'm about to buy a new laptop for WORK, however, I'll turn them over there SDII and I'll turn it often,
so WANT TO BE YOU A QUESTION: since I do not have special needs 3d graphics in real time (for work) ?will I notice some difference (in addition to the price) between a:
Quadro RTX 4000 (Laptop) 2560 @ 1.11 - 1.56 GHz 256 Bit @ 14000 MHz
and one
Quadro RTX 3000 (Laptop) 1920 @ 0.95 - 1.38 GHz 192 Bit @ 14000 MHz
just to ask, please answer me that I ordered it
